Class Management

I would like to use http://doodle.com to make a schedule of my teaching. It helps me to arrange the schedule and to divide the equal time portion for each material. As we know that every material that teacher taught have a different level of difficulty. Some of them are easy so the teacher can finish it on one meeting. However, some materials are not enough for one meeting. Moreover, the schedule of the school that usually make the teaching and learning process delay. So, to cover it I need a precise schedule and doodle.com provide it.
Quiz creator like http://www.classmarker.com/ also very helpful for a teacher in this time. This can be used as Plan B somehow when the teacher can’t come to the class. Within this, the teacher can send the message and ask students to do the quiz online. The teacher can ask the substitute teacher to use http://e.ggtimer.com/ to limit the time for the students to the quiz. So, they are not just copied from their friends. This needs a supporting gadget like computer/smartphone and internet connection to distribute the assignments. If all the requirements are complete, this can be a good evaluation also for the teacher to check students understanding during the last lesson.
